Shipping & Delivery

The Railway provides multiple shipping options to suit your needs:

  1. Same day / Next day delivery - Same day for orders made before midday, or next day delivery for orders made after midday. This is valid only for items in the same day shipping category, if your shopping cart has items from both same day and non same day shipping category, total cart delivery will be considered non same day shipping.
  2. Fast Way Courier - Delivery within 2-5 days via courier.
  3. Free Shipping -  Free shipping for orders within 5km of The Railway Windsor for orders over $200

Returns & Replacements

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (see below) and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights, because your satisfaction is important to us.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

'Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.'

If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will cheerfully refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return*.

The fastest way to obtain a refund or exchange is to visit the Railway Bottleshop in Windsor, where our team will be able to assist you immediately**.

If visiting a store is not convenient for you, then pleae contact our store on (03) 9510 4050 between the hours of 09:30am - 05:00pm Monday to Friday, to discuss the available options***.

In the event that your product must be returned to our store, please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been returned.


*Damaged goods must be sighted by delivery driver at time of delivery

**Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain a refund, limits may apply and all exchanged/returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

***All claims must be made within 48hours of delivery

Ordering
  1. To place an online order browse the site categories or enter an item into the search bar at the top of the left side navigation pane
  2. Select items, enter quantity and click 'Add to cart'
  3. Once you have finished selecting items click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button to view your cart, you may now remove items or change quantity as required
  4. If you have any Discount codes, enter them in the appropriate box and click 'Apply Coupon'
  5. Select your Country, State and enter your postcode than click 'Get Quote' to see available delivery options, select your desired shipping option and click 'Proceed to Checkout'
  6. If you have not yet logged in, you will prompted to do so - if you are a new customer, you will be prompted to register.
  7. Follow the next set of prompts to enter billing and delivery information
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
 
We currently accept all credit cards, Pay Pal is also available.

Viewing Orders 
For orders that have been dispatched to Fast way couriers, you will be provided with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order

For Same day / Next day deliveries, you can - check your order history.

Updating Account Information
To update your account information, including password changes, Email address, Billing and Shipping details - click the 'My Account' which is located in the upper navigation bar.  From here you can click the edit links to update details as necessary.
